1. Vinylbokssæt der samler alle Johnny Cash-album fra årene på Mercury.I 1986 udgav Johnny Cash sit første album på Mercury Records efter at have været på Columbia Records i næsten 30 år. Albummet var Class of ’55, som blev lavet i samarbejde med legenderne Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis og Carl Perkins. Syv år senere udgav han sin sidste optagelse på Mercury Records – også et samarbejde, denne gang med U2 på nummeret “The Wanderer”. Derefter blev han signet på Rick Rubins American Recordings, som blev en helt ny saga for Johnny Cash.

   I de syv år på Mercury nåede Johnny Cash at udgive seks album. Der har hidtil været et kæmpe fokus på Columbia og American Recordings-perioderne, mens Mercury-årene er blevet forbigået… indtil nu.

   Vinylboksen The Complete Mercury Studio Albums (1986-1991) indeholder 7 LP’er med nyligt remastereret lyd for første gang – lavet med udgangspunkt i de originale Mercury masterbånd. Særligt nævneværdig er albummet Classic Cash: Hall Of Fame Series der er inkluderet i et 2LP format for allerførste gang. Alle LP’erne i boksen er trykt på 180 g. vinyl.

   De spritnye liner notes er prikken over i’et i en boks, der giver det første gennemgribende indblik i countrylegendens samarbejde med Mercury Records.
